Most Common Issues & Solutions

• No satellite signal / slow GPS fix: Ensure clear sky view; perform a hard reset; update firmware via Garmin Express.
• Device frozen or unresponsive: Hold power button 10–30 seconds for hard reset; charge fully first.
• Maps not loading or outdated: Connect to Garmin Express on computer; download latest maps (free lifetime updates on many models).
