Getting Started

Unpack and inspect contents. Charge the watch before first use.

  1. Charge the watch: Connect charging clip to watch and plug into USB port or AC adapter.
  2. Wear the watch: Secure comfortably on wrist above the wrist bone.
  3. Pair accessories: Put on heart rate monitor; watch will automatically detect ANT+ devices.
  4. Acquire GPS: Go outdoors with clear sky view; press and hold START to begin GPS acquisition.

WARNING! Ensure watch is fully charged before extended use. Avoid extreme temperatures.

Basic Operation

Power on watch; navigate using touch bezel.

  1. Start training: Press START to begin activity tracking; press LAP to mark laps manually.
  2. View data: Swipe bezel to scroll through data screens during activity.
  3. Pause/Resume: Press START to pause; press again to resume.
  4. Save activity: Press and hold START to save and exit.

  4. Clear history: Menu > History > Delete.

WARNING! Do not remove ANT stick during transfer. Keep watch charged for successful sync.

Heart Rate Monitor
