Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Choose mounting location with clear view and easy access.

  1. Mounting: Use included template to mark holes. Drill holes and secure mount using provided hardware.
  2. Power Connection: Connect red wire to positive (+) battery terminal, black wire to negative (-) terminal, and bare wire to ground.

First-Time Setup

Navigation & Chartplotting

  2. Creating a Waypoint: Touch and hold a location on the chart, then select "Save as Waypoint."
  3. Creating a Route: Select Navigation > Route > Create Route. Tap points on the chart to add route points.
  4. Following a Route: Select a route from the list and press "Go."
  5. Tracks: The device automatically records your track. View and manage tracks in the Tracks menu.
  6. Fish Finder: Mark fishing spots by creating a waypoint or using the Sonar screen's mark function.
  7. Man Overboard (MOB): Press and hold the Power button or use the on-screen MOB button to instantly mark and navigate back to a person's location.

Care & Cleaning

Disconnect power before cleaning.

  1. Screen: Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with fresh water. Do not use chemicals, window cleaners, or abrasives.
  2. Case: Wipe with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and fresh water. Rinse with a cloth dampened with fresh water only.
  3. Connectors: Keep free of dirt and corrosion. Apply a dielectric grease to connectors if recommended.

CAUTION! Never use harsh chemicals, solvents, or pressurized water. Do not submerge the unit beyond its rated depth. Ensure unit is dry before reconnecting power.
